Pet Policy
Ariza Oakwood is pet friendly! We welcome up to two cats or dogs with a 100lb weight limit. We charge a $25/mo pet rent, a $250 refundable deposit, and a $300 non-refundable pet fee. See leasing associate for breed and animal restrictions.
